The SHADES study uses an online survey to gather data about sleep, health, behavior and the social environment.
You will be paid $20 upon completion of the survey.
At this time, only people previously selected can take part in the survey.

The survey may take 30-60 minutes to complete. Because of this, please make sure you have plenty of time to complete it.
